"We the hotel, the room is big comparing to other hotels we stayed in Nagoya and Tokyo. Their hotel lobby smell like cigarettes. It doesn’t bother us much because we only passing by to go to our room. The room doesn’t smell like cigarettes which is good. The staff are friendly and nice. "We stayed at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Himeji for one night as a stopover to see Hemiji castle. The hotel is in a great location - about five mins from the train station and about 10mins from the castle. The area around the hotel was great with shopping and dining options. The staff at the hotel were excellent and we were able to store luggage prior to check-in with no hassles. The room was clean and probably the biggest we’ve had in our two weeks in Japan.
