"Very well-maintained hotel located in the heart of Umeda. Highly recommended for those planning to travel to nearby cities during their stay. It’s also a great place to stay if you plan on doing a lot of shopping. The only downside was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom. During our stay, the hotel did notify us that they were cleaning the drains, so it may have been related to that."

"Dated Western hotel features a chic interior design. Room quite small and a bit outdated. Maybe okay for 1 night stay. Bed and pillow are not as comfortable. Quite room. Convenient located next to Namba station and few minutes away from major shopping street, near Dotonbori. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, maybe not to have a large portion of food bought out at once, so the food stay fresh."

"Wonderful experience from the provided pajamas, to the massage chairs, to breakfast and the late night ramen meal. The onsen area was very clean and was a wonderful relaxing experience. I would have more benches or chairs for people to sit on, in the lobby, while taking off and putting on shoes."

"We got upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. Our room was luxurious compared to the more budget accommodations we'd been staying at on our trip. We were asked to pay a 400¥ accommodation tax - not a big deal. The only complaint was that we did not have time to enjoy the breakfast buffet and a refund was not possible. Hopefully, someone else was able to enjoy that on our behalf! The hotel is located within walking distance to an outlet mall, if that's what you're into, but if not, there is also a large grocery superstore (like Walmart) also within walking distance to load up on Japanese goods before you board. There is also a Donki, but we could not face the overwhelm again! 😆 You'll definitely want an umbrella if it's raining for both. Catching the shuttle to the airport was easy and fast."

"The hotel location was great since it was close to major areas of the city but it was still in a quiet area away from crowds. There’s beautiful temples and shrines close by as well as amazing dining options. My favorite part of the hotel was having a laundry room on the floor we were staying; it was very convenient. The cleaning staff were very fast and organized as well. The window view was great and overall the room was pretty cozy. The only complaint I would have is that the TV was slow but WiFi was fine."
