Location is very convenient with Kyoto Station within 5mins walk and AEON mall just next door - travelling around with family is great. Friendly host at the door and very clear guidelines in getting setup within the accomodations"

Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.
