"Front desk staff were helpful and kind. Room was very spacious and at a super central spot. We were able to walk around the city fairly easy and so many restaurant options around us."

"The room could have used some attention re: cleaning. The smell of must was strong. The split system was very noisy and unpleasant to run if anyone wanted to have a conversation without yelling. The tv’s internet didn’t work and when I reported it was told they were trying to fix it, but when I checked in again they said it was a system issue… it never was resolved which put a damper on our rainy evenings ability to watch a Netflix movie. The pools chemical was STRONG, eyes were burning even with all of us using goggles, our skin/hair smelled like chlorine after two showers! Buffet breakfast was good and worth the extra costs. "

"This hotel is great. The staff great but the noise we experienced from room 346 was terrible. From all the noise coming from the street until after 2am from yelling on the street. Then at 4am rubbish trucks and finally at 6am construction made for a poor sleep. Also room service delivered in polystyrene boxes with wooden cutlery was very unimpressive. Breakfast was great and the gift for our grandson was a beautiful touch. Yes i would stay again but would ask for higher floor on the other side is the hotel."

"We stayed only one night. The room was spotless. It was late, and we had come a very long way with a lot of luggage, a rollater & a cello. They found extra help for us with that. The bartender was friendly. He was almost ready to close but accommodated us with a drink order. In the morning, the auto rental was close and easy. Absolutely no complaints!"

"Close walking distance to Melbourne Airport. Rooms are a good size for airport accommodation."
