The Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke Mountain Resort

"Great amenities however no in room ELECTRIC kettle. Only kettle was one on an induction stove which took forever to heat. Also insufficient clear signage to access lobby for example . If you enter building 3 from the street it is not clear if you are going along the correct corridor. In fact I eventually found the access through another underground car park which was bizarre . Also on my first night l didn’t leave the do not disturb sign on my door handle not expecting room service to attend to and service our room at 8:42am. How ridiculous! Still on the positive the food at rockford bar and grill was excellent and the front desk staff were also excellent"

"All good except the tub in the washroom doesn't work. Other than that, the view is good. The parking is great. The balcony is great. Everything went smooth, clean room. Definitely a great experience"

"Room was clean, location was quiet. Hotel contacted maintenance and our displaced shower rod was promptly mounted. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"Ya know, the room, the parking, the location ... perfectly suitable for a night of comfortable rest and a morning shower. No weird smells. The room had a fridge and microwave ... coffee and ice in the lobby. We totally recommend the Swiss Village. The price was perfect."
