"My boyfriend and I just got back and weโ€™re already counting down until we can return. From check-in, the staff went above and beyond โ€” everyone was so sweet, and it felt like 5-star Michelin treatment the whole stay. Our room was cleaned twice a day with a lovely turndown service โ€” cute notes and sweets left on the bed every night. The room had a beautiful outdoor shower and bathtub, perfect for a romantic touch. When our TV had an issue, staff replaced it immediately. Free water was restocked daily. Breakfast was incredible โ€” so many options, but we couldnโ€™t get enough of the fried rice and bihun goreng plus made-to-order coffee included free. It kept us full until dinner! Room service was also quick and delicious. Canโ€™t recommend Kamandalu enough. Weโ€™ll be back!"

"Staff was very helpful and everyone from cleaning to pool were very nice. The pools were amazing, especially the adult only one. We tried a few experiences: Teppayanki: great taste and friendly chef, was a lot of fun. Only negative is the sauce maybe been a bit too buttery In villa dining: the staff set up a nice table and BBQ in our villa. The food was fresh off the grill and delicious with very generous portions."
