"We honestly were not really happy with our stay. To begin with the shower has a lot of loose rocks and because of them it was full of hairs. the floor of the room was really dirty and the sheets had some stains. You can only get food at the restaurant by texting them, and the restaurant closes at 7 which is not great because there are not any others around. "We cannot rave enough about Hava Ubud. The property is GORGEOUS! It is the stuff vacation dreams are made of. It is conveniently located NEAR Ubud city center so you’re close enough for convenience but are not smack dab in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff were top notch and made the whole experience wonderful. They have amazing amenities and delicious food. We highly recommend getting the iced vanilla latte. Sounds basic but it was BOMB!"

It's really what made my stay so special here I checked in for a solo trip and when I arrive late that night, they had set up a happy birthday sign on the bed that made me feel so special and they also put flowers in my outdoor bathtub I mean the details of this was just too much to not love"

"Not a big of a deal but water leaked from the shower room into the toilet area. It would be helpful if there are more towels placed in the room. I requested to leave extra towels in the room for the second night, but they didn't. It worked out ok. All the hotel staffs are nice and friendly. They are very helpful. The hotel gave us such a warm hospitality. I would stay there again."

"I had a great stay, rooms were very clean, the building is old but very well maintained, staff are super nice and helpful. Location is excellent and everything is at walking distance. Only thing that was very annoying was the shower, the head is fixed and not adjustable meaning if you are a short person like me you will have difficulty washing your hair! Other than that it was a great stay, highly recommended."
