The stay was amazing. Check in was super fast. The front desk had all the things prepared beforehand and was just waiting for my appearance. Thats how efficient it was this time round. The hotel is new and clean.. Buffet breakfast do not have much varieties.. But overall is good and my kids love it..

Room was very spacious. There were some stains on the kitchen island, bed quilt and toilet bowl. Body shower was depleted. Breakfast was delicious but spread was just ok. Overall still a good hotel. Might stay again due to location.

Spacious room for a family of 4. Only complaint was the unit floor is dusty and not cleaned. Feet got black within 20min. We have to mop floor ourself

Excellent location 400m from Legoland entrance. Excellent accommodation especially for famillies and larger groups up to 6. I read a lot of reviews that the breakfast was really bad... At this stage they don't yet have a food and beverage operator and so it is not ehat one would expect from a hotel-type setup, but the food was good and tasty, so I was pleasnatly surprised. Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.

Everything is good, except there is no TV feature to watch Netflix, or option for me to plug my HDMI cable on the tv. Else everything is good!

Great place to stay with family. Very convienience.

Owner was contactable via WhatsApp and was responsive when if need of help. House is very clean and neat, playground, Lego table and arcade to keep the child entertained! Induction cooker available to do some cooking. Thank you!

The room needs some maintenance - many areas on the wallpaper are peeling off.

Pinnacle Tower is a condominium located near KSL in JB, so be aware that this is not your usual hotel check-in. We informed the owner on the day itself via call, as well as once more once we're near the property. Owner was gracious and understanding enough to wait for us even at 12am in the morning, as we entered JB at night and were delayed.
