"Staff were the main positive of this hotel as they were very helpful and polite. We got help from Cui who was lovely. The location of the hotel is also very good with both shops, restaurants and metro station close by. The room had some damage and a bit of dirt in the corners. Did not bother us much as the bed was clean."

"Loved how this hotel was so close to the metro station! Literally just crossing the street! There is also plenty of Family Marts nearby to get drinks/food/snacks… etc! Overall, a very nice, walkable area! Still pretty busy but not chaotic like the Bund or any other heavy tourists areas! The hotel itself smells amazing as you walk in and it’s simple but very clean and well maintained! Very aesthetically pleasing to the naked eye! About a 20 min walk to Jing’an Temple and if the weather permits I would walk to the French concession which is about 40 min walk or of course using the metro which all connect nicely!"

"A lovely modern hotel that we found to be well located. The hotel exudes calmness from when you walk through the door. It has greenery and neutral colours which help calm and ground you. Location wise it was great to go into the city but also close enough to get to the local airport for national flights. Lots of good local amenities eg a spa next door and a great minimart. The staff are really helpful and a great breakfast was served."
