"My credit card was charged for the booking although I have selected paying cash at the hotel. At the hotel, the hotel receptionist insisted that I should pay cash even though I showed her my credit card statement that the hotel has already charged me on my credit card. She said I would get the refund for the booking the next day on my credit card - and it never happened even after a week. At first, the hotel didn't even print a bill for my cash payment, but I insisted and they gave me a bill...
