"An extraordinary stay. Suzhou is amazing and we picked a great place to enjoy it during Dragon Boat holidays. The recently opened dining experience on 37 floor was incredible. "Everyone at Crown Plaza is very friendly and accommodating during my stay and made me feel comfortable and happy! Also, the continental breakfast has a great variety. They cleaned my room very well and got to know me as a regular requesting oat milk lattes in the morning. Room service was always attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again"

"It is a nice and quiet hotel but not in close proximity to the tourist spots and not too many dining options. Room is spacious and modern. Swimming pool and gym are free but we did not get time to use the facilities. The Master of Nets Garden is approximately 15 minutes walk from the hotel. "
