"Hotel is located right inside a beautiful park. Breakfast is awesome and offers a lot of choices, hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Only the gym could offer a little more exercise options, its basically 2 treadmills and 3 different weights. Only con in my opinion: It is difficult to get a taxi. Especially as a foreigner without access to AliPay or DiDi (Chinese Uber). Hotel staff will order you a taxi but it takes a while."

"I was blown away by the room. While a bit in the small side, it was a newly renovated and exquisite room. The lighting options were beautiful, the blackout curtains were stunning. The bath and shower were perfect and the bed super comfortable. The view from the room was also stunning. The staff were lovely. I have zero complaints."

"Amazing stay in a spacious suite in heart of Shanghai. They have a fabulous breakfast, indoor pool, top notch 24/7 gymz. There are steam sauna facilities, You need to inform the front desk at the spa if you want to use complimentary steam room and sauna services. Well maintained property that is very clean and quiet. Butler service was very responsive, I forgot my iPhone charger and they promptly lent me one for the stay."

"As a regular hotel guest, the overall hotel staff demonstrate good quality, and the hotel rooms are always very clean. However the swimming pool needs to be upgraded. I would happy to use the facility in the future. The check out was quick, but the front desk staff was unenthusiastic. It needs to be improved. The hotel rate is also reasonable. I would still recommend this hotel."
