" Clean hotel. Excellent views of Osaka city from rooms. Reallt friendly and helpful staff. Great location between 2 stations with access to different lines. Reallt close to the popular tourist areas. Great shopping and restruants around. Breakfast can get very busy and is quite a smaller area tables can feel quite crammed. But would still stay again and 100% recommend"

"The spa takes the top spot. This was my second stay at the hotel. It has some idiosyncrasies: eg the reusable slippers. Cheap hotels in Japan have reusable slippers - it does not work well. Another idiosyncrasy - one cannot turn off automatic light in the bathroom. So be prepared for a strong flash of light if you have to use the bathroom at night. But other than that, the staff is proficient in english, very courteous and the hotel has great views and spa that can't be beat!!! Will come again!!!"

"The Centara Grand Hotel Osaka is a brand new five-star located in the heart of Namba which is only a fifteen walk of the shopping district of Dotonbori. The friendly staff at the reception desk always greets you with a smile and are willing to go that extra mile to get you checked in ASAP. Your bags are sent to your within minutes and before you know it, you’ve changed your clothes and are ready to see what the beautiful city of Osaka has to offer. If health and fitness is your thing, then visit the 4th floor where you’ll find free weights and machines to fit your soul’s health desires. And if you suffer a cramp or pulled muscle, check out Cenvaree Spa also located on the 4th floor too. Here you’ll be greeted by friendly staff members and tea. I chose the hour session and the price was affordable. In fact, the cost of my room for a five-star hotel was overall affordable. The size and cleanliness of my room by far the best I’ve stayed at. I’ll definitely be back in 2026!!! "
