Recommended a guide to me who ridiculously overcharged me - very upsetting as recommended by the hotel which I thought would be trustworthy. If they ever refer you for tour information to a man called Tom (Mr Thomas), do not use him.

This is perfect if you are needing a close place to airport. The rooms are spacey and clean. A/C works great. Small fridge. Walkable to beach and a mall. Breakfast available. Water station for filling your bottle.

A nice enough place to hole up
A very pleasant place to stay, tucked away in quiet alleys ; the many Hindu shrines would not be everyone's taste, but agreeable people who run it, and really quite easy to walk to the airport, both domestic and international terminals. And a pool ! Also they have scooters to rent out ...

The walk from the airport was very tricky and I don’t recommend walking alone. Maps was way off! The property itself was fantastic. A/C freezing, wifi, breakfast, hospitality, grounds all beautiful. Also very peaceful.

Good for a night, just to get some rest. I paid for the breakfast included. Fried rice & fruit plate was delicious! I checked in around 1 or 2 am. They helped me correct my booking for the night I arrived & the host was very sweet. Room is basic, I got the deluxe but there wasn’t anything deluxe about it. But he that’s what you get for $26 😄

Nice stay after a late flight
We checked in around 12pm (midnight) and were greeted with welcome drinks. The staff were so attentive, and kind. Our room was one of the best we have stayed in across our backpacking journey over South East Asia. Really good breakfast options too - 3 menus to pick from! We had an omelette and a banana pancake. Would recommend. Great value for money!

I got in at 1 am and Denpasar is a big city and it's bali. Kutaya is a small hotel but it's also a temple. It is not fancy but the rate was unbelievable and I saw it mentioned on YouTube. If you're looking for a resort type place this is not it but if you're looking for a reasonable rate in a very cool, interesting place I highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Minutes from the airport. I would have walked but it was midnight.

My husband and I stayed here right before our flight to Manila. It is very conveniently located to the airport. It’s also close to Kuta beach. We rented a moped for a few hours to ride around the area and watch the sunset at the beach. The room itself had all the basics, no frills lol. It was clean. The premises were also very beautiful. The only downside is you have to walk a good while from the Main Street to get to the hotel. We felt very safe walking around the area.

We stayed here for one night as it is very near to airport.recommended for small stay if you have to catch flight or just lay over.near is the Market and restaurants.room and bathroom was clean.AC was slow but at night room was cold. Overall manageable for one day

I didn’t stay here for long, but the staff was up waiting for me after my flight was delayed and they were super helpful and accommodating with getting me on my way the next morning. The hotel is super convenient to the airport, my room was simple and comfy. If I planned to stay in the area, I would definitely come back

Hotel facilitates are not as described. I had to store my luggage with an outside agency instead. There was more than enough room at the hotel for one bag but the management refused to help. The hotel is also located in a dimly lit area. You will need to walk down a minimum of two dark alleys to get to the hotel. Be careful late at night.

I booked this hotel for three separate stays because of its close location to the airport and because of the luggage storage it offered. The plan was to use this hotel as a base and go off and see a couple of islands and return here each time for a night or two. When I asked if I could leave my luggage at the hotel while I was away for a few nights at first they said no, then they said I could but for a fee. This is disgraceful and unprofessional. It states on the website that they offer storage facilitates. The fact that I had already paid in full for my future bookings made no difference. Access to the hotel is down a couple of dark alleys. Be careful late at night. Location is good for the airport and the room is a good size. If you do stay here, just hope you dont have any problems. The chances are the management will not help you.

Great hotel close to airport
This was the perfect place to stay before my flight out. I had a very early flight and had no issue walking to the airport. The pool was nice and just what I needed after a busy trip. I wouldn’t spend my entire Bali vacation at that hotel, but for a night before or after a flight it was perfect and a good deal.

I booked a transit room, i messaged this hotel to confirm that I can check in at 12, they have read the message, got to hotel and was told in limited english that check in is 2pm and was directed to a sign, tried to explain situation to no avail. would not stay here again

Incredibly good value for money. Small but very nice hotel or Bali style resort (with a pool and chill zone and everything). It’s within walking distance from the airport, so you can just ignore all those taxi mafia harassments on arrival

OK for the price
My room smelled like damp and there was a damp stain on the wall. Other than that it's was ok, although I wouldn't want to stay there more than a couple of nights. Pros: it was quiet, had the only properly functioning ac I've come across in Bali and in a great location. Cons: damp smell and English not great. For example, I wanted to get a coffee (bear in mind this is way after breakfast time). Me 'can I get a coffee please?' Confused looks, furrowing of brows. 'no, your room does not come with breakfast'. Me 'yes I know, can I get a coffee please?'. 'No, no breakfast. You have to pay.' Me: 'OK, no problem. Can I have a coffee please?'. Still looks unsure. The lady who I think must own the place comes out, 'you want to buy a coffee?'. Me 'yes please'. Lady 'coffee stuff is over there, you can get it yourself'... For me this wasn't great customer service and was far more complicated than it needed to be.

wonderful place to stay, pool is lovely, temple on the grounds are beautiful. Hotel is clean, nice rooms and very friendly staff. Location is close to airport..... down a alley but felt very safe and convenient.... we walked to the shopping area at night, it took about 5 minutes. would definitely stay ere again
