Room was a bit on the smaller side, but it was clean and it had all the necessary amenities. Very short distance from the Kyoto Station, 7-eleven, pharmacies and shopping stores.

it's very convenient located, price is reasonable and the staff service is excellent. i constantly ask for extra towels with no issue. plus, the have indoor onsen that was quite clean. will definitely book again

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was great. Comfortable beds. The only thing was that the bathroom could use a better cleaning. The bathtub, shower curtain and sink, was growing a little mold.

OK hotel but super small room near Kyoto station
Great location, very close to Kyoto station. Room was not clean, dusty and mouldy bathroom. I mentioned this to the receptionist and she organised for the room to be cleaned straight away. Receptionists are very responsive to questions and requests. Room was very small, 1 king bed against the window, and no space left on either sides. The person sleeping at the window end had to go past the other person to get off the bed. It was very hard to move around and we couldn't open both luggages at the same time. The hotel has separate female and male onsens which are free for guests. There was 1 indoor pool and 2 outdoor ones. They are all reasonably small. It was a different experience to use onsen. The hotel has a restaurant but we didn't eat there. The staff helped us to ship our suitcases to a hotel in Tokyo. The process was straight forward and we received our bags the next day.
