The hotel was close to multiple subways and bus stops, very walkable and has many dining options + convenience stores. Laundry was also available 24hrs, which was a perk. The staff were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location well situated next to a lot of good transport links. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Bed very comfortable. Rooms very small, cleaners didn’t clean the room each day just made the bed, food and drinks in the hotel bar quite expensive. Ok hotel probably wouldn’t rush back.

Great stay for family of four

Room layout is really good, making stay with two kids very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is a great value. Fitness center was very well equipped and not over crowded. Everywhere was clean. Laundromat is very useful and secure. Would defintely stay here again when visiting kyoto.

Awesome property and the staff were fantastic. Room size was really good and super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here as was a great jump off point for all the adventures around Kyoto. Very accessible with our young child also. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious rooms for a big city

Nice location-within walking distance to Gion. Rooms are spacious enough and the staff was helpful. Laundry facility in the basement was convenient-but the dryer needed to be re-filled with coins three times before clothes could be removed. This was a problem with all the machines since other guests using the facility complained of the same problem.

We stayed here for five days and we loved it. It’s central to everything we did. The staff was very helpful with. Everything we needed. We will be staying here again for sure. The room as have everything you need and they are a good size

Kyoto is a great city to visit. Surrounded by green and lush hills with temples in plentyfold. Good food snd shopping. More easy to navigate in than Tokyo and Osaka.
