Great stay at Hotel Grand Bach Kyoto Select! Clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the onsen was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.

LOVED IT!! My family said we will go back to Kyoto just to stay at this hotel again. Our bedroom had 4 beds. And a luxurious bathroom! Token for free drink for every night you stay was also amazing. Our kids did not drink anything so my husband and I drank 8 beers!

We were shocked to see how small our room . Very uncomfortable to move around even 2 people plus luggages. We used the hotel laundry , and was annoyed how long it took for dryer to dry even 7 pieces of clothes. The lounge area for guests is not convenient place to relax and be able to bring food from outside 😳 We have never stayed at any hotel during our travel and be restricted from eating our food bought outside of the hotel . Don't think we'll recommend this hotel to anyone.
