Very convenient location, izakaya, river, temples, restaurants, shopping, train all near by. Can order dominos pizza and massages to hotel. They also have video on demand. They have heated toilet seats and bidet. They also have black out blinds. Would stay again.

Good location but not very clean

Not very clean, but good location. There were hairs still in the sink from a previous guest, and the sink didn't drain well. The window faced a brick wall, so there was no view. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. There is no daily cleaning service, but it's possible to pick up a clean set of towels daily.

-6/10 -Hotel was walking distance from the day and night life parts of Kyoto. -Lots of parking around the hotel of you decide to rent a car. -Hotel has two washers and 2 dryers. Some vending machines and one Indian restaurant in front and two Japanese bars. -had the 7 floor, view was okay. -A little bigger than your average Japanese hotel room. -only “concern” was that my room was clean however, it looked like they didn’t clean the corners or under the bed. -seemed like they only clean the quick normal places you touch. -would recommend and would stay again in the future.

Budget but kinda stinky

The location and price for this hotel in Kyoto were good. The room size-very small-was typical for this type of hotel in Japan. The hotel looked modern and clean at first, but the actual room was quite dusty. The air vents were covered in dust, the perimeter of the room had balls of dust and hair, it seems vacuuming is done, but not carefully or completely. There was a CONSTANT SMELL of sewer gas coming from the bath/toilet room. I kept the bathroom fan on at all times and the door closed, so it was manageable. Maybe that’s why there are “air cleaners “ running in the room and throughout the hotel?

ビジネスホテルは、ビジネスライクなくらいのドライなサービスが、良さなのかと思いました。困った事がなく過ごせましたので、そんな印象です。 その様な雰囲気が却って心地よい感じです。 場所は阪急河原町駅から徒歩ですが、繁華街から離れていて静か。近隣に飲食店やスーパーマーケットがあり便利な立地です。
