This hotel was convenient, friendly and safe. It’s a bit older style—they use actual keys for the locks rather than cards. Overall a good comfortable room for the price.

This hotel is the perfect location with convenient access to transportation. The staff was great. The property is a bit old and the beds are not as comfortable as I am accustomed to. However, based on location and price, I would still pick this property for future travel.

It is conveniently close right across the Kyoto Station. There are plenty of dining options in the station as well as the surrounding areas. Shopping is also convenient and the subway as well as the buses are close by. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with directions to anywhere we needed to go. They even stores our suitcases due to our early arrival and late departure.
