The staff were the highlight of our stay. Check-in and check-out was very easy, and we appreciated the convenience of being close to Kyoto station. This is an older hotel that would benefit from renovation. The air conditioning did not work during the warm and muggy spring time, and this made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel is prime location when getting off and on from the train station. It made commuting so much easier and convenient. The only reason i didnt give it a 5 was because i believe the tub area needs to be upgraded. I would stay again for the convenience

We loved our stay here even though we were 3 adults and the third bed was a divan. Only a 5-minute walk to Kyoto Station. Staff was friendly and thorough. Breakfast is not included, so we opted for places at the station. I would definitely stay here again but I think their lease is up and they will be closing in early 2027.

Our stay didnt include breakfast but its available in their restaurant but a bit exoensive for us. Laundry service available but expensive. They have customer lounge but has entrance fee but we didnt use this. Theres no aircon in our room but space was decent. We have a good view of Kyoto station and it wasnt loud at night. Staffs are very friendly and even we have to do late check out they were very acconodating and understanding. We also used their Ta Q Bin to send luggage directly to our hotel in Tokyo and it was very smooth process.

This hotel was okay. The best thing about it is that it’s located right by the station. It seems like an older building, and our room was not as nice as the pictures showed when I booked. There was also an additional accommodation fee they charged when we checked in, which I’m not sure what for since they don’t provide some services that the other hotels do. Staff was not as friendly as we have experienced elsewhere. I wouldn’t stay there again.
