"Fabulous property with nice firm bed. Great location and roof bar was great and Geisha Fashioned cocktail was amazing take on an old fashioned. Twin rooms significantly larger than double rooms. Staff and concierge in particular were very very helpful."

"‘Nono’ is our favorite place in Kyoto while traveling in Japan. This was our third stay and they continue to exceed expectations. We really enjoyed the onsen with all the soaps and conditioners. The have brushes, hair bands. Thank you again!!"

"Second time in the hotel , even we asked to be upgraded they offered just with extra charge . Breakfast doesn’t have the variety I would expect including lack of western products and vegetables . Service is good in general and location excellent . Room size is not too big for superior double All together price wise is reasonable"

"The hotel was directly across the Kyoto Station which made it soooo much easier to get to after a long stressful day. The entertainment/busy area was approximately 2 miles away which I highly recommend that you do the walking. Very convenient site"
