All the staff were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Our room smelt bad but we didn't want to complain because we thought the smell would disappear but it didn't . Our children's room was fine though.

5-6min walk from train station. Bookable Private bath. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff. Really nice rooms! 10min walking distance to shopping streets, markets, restaurants and the old japan archtecture areas! Really recommend for short and long stay!

This place was fantastic. Looks beautiful inside and out. Super clean, lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Make sure to book a slot in the baths and try some sake in the bar!
