This hotel is very close to Kyoto station, the bus stop and other station. It was very easy to travel to other places. 7/11 and lawson is literally on the same street few steps away. The room was clean, neat and all the amenities were good and staff was wonderful and helpful. Will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Great location, very close to Kyoto Station and a subway stop even closer. Rooms were spacious, shower was great. Amenities included laundry, ice machine and microwave. Toiletries provided. Air con\heating in room. Kyoto station as an huge underground dining area so you’ll never be short of somewhere to eat. 7/11 next door too! Great location for exploring the city.

The room was clean and quiet. They have the most hard and uncomfortable pillows ever. Every day I turned my bed around and 3 times they turned it back so I had to turn it around again. Other than when we arrived no one ever said irrashaimase or made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good value.

Staff barely speak English. There was a conflict in what they can do with luggage transfer, with one saying they could do it snd another on a different day saying they couldn’t do it and advised us to take our luggage to a convenient store! Such a hassle! The restaurant breakfast menu is limited to two sets - western and Japanese. So, if you’re staying for more than two days, you will have to repeat one or the other.

I understand Japan is not Canada, but people should be treated with respect. As a Chinese traveller, I was treated badly by one of this hotel’s staff. There was a white lady right before me, and this staff gave a totally opposite attitude. Please avoid here if you are East Asian but non Japanese, even if you are English fluent.

1.對獨旅的女性而言，感到很安全，住的是本館。個人認為這本館比較安心，除了大廳都有工作人員之外，因為電梯內有監視器，在一樓也可以透過畫面確認電梯內的人員安全。 2.有化妝水、卸妝水、乳液、梳子、棉花棒等等的用品，在一樓電梯門口供旅客自行取用，對於旅行背包客而言，是個非常貼心的服務。另外，入住報到和退房，其實大部分也算是自助，就是櫃檯前面有機台，如果真的沒辦法用日文溝通，我相信專業的櫃檯人員也是都會很親切的協助！ 3.雖然本館二樓有自動販賣機，不過只有飲品，零食餅乾類型的沒有。若真的需要一些吃食，可以到樓下走路大約一兩分鐘就到的7-11採買，那一家7-11的店員也對外國旅客的應對稀鬆平常，若是不太會說日語，也可以不用太過於緊張，最後再跟店員說ありがとうございます表達感謝就好。 4.如果不曉得一早起床要吃什麼，相信我樓下的蔥太郎是你的好選擇。有兩種套餐可以選，和式和洋式，當時的價錢都是1500日幣（2026/9/18-23），我當時沒有跟著預約飯店時加購，怕自己根本起不來😂。和式是常見但非常美味的鯖魚定食，而且竟然還附有小甜點；洋式就相對比較簡單但也常見，炒蛋、脆腸、薯餅、小麵包、小鬆餅。飲品的部分是採取自助吧，有咖啡、牛奶、果汁、水等等。不過要吃早餐的話要注意最後點餐時間，即使早餐時間是到10點，最後點餐時間一到，餐廳不會接待歐，因為他們要準備接下來的中餐時段，最後點餐時間可以參考房間內電視的說明！最後很感謝這幾天蔥太郎的大家們親切的服務，ご馳走様でした😋 5.公車站是大部分知名景點的起始站，超級方便，京都車站也只要走大約十到十五分鐘（一個人腳程）一直線的路線就可以到。離最近的地鐵站就是九條，也很方便。 6.深夜很安靜，除了依然可以聽到暴走族的機車聲之外，也比較其他熱鬧區域沒什麼人，算是一個如果還在外要隨時注意安全。不過飯店外面有一個小小間的警察局和7-11，所以多少還是可以安心一點。

エアコンの効きが悪い。冷蔵庫から出した飲みかけのジュースが3分足らずの間に噴き出てくる程度には暑い。 立地は東寺までなら徒歩。駅まで徒歩は日頃歩くことを気にしない人なら全然行ける距離。清水寺や伏見稲荷に行くなら徒歩はちょっときついけどタクシーなら近い距離。夜に繁華街の四条河原町〜祇園辺りまでタクシー使うと¥2,000はいく。
