便利でリーズナブル

五条坂のバス停に近く、観光に至便。今は殆どの施設にあるアルコール消毒のスプレーは無いので、部屋で手洗いを充分に行う必要がある。部屋にゴミ箱が二つ有ったが、分別の表示が無かったので自分で紙とプラスチックを区別した。これら以外は十分満足できた。

現地の電話がとにかく通じなく、hotels.comさんのスタッフが電話しても通じなかった。これについては直ぐに改善すべきである。私は気にしなかったが部屋内の扉等が破損していた。スタッフは感じの良い方であり、特に困る事は無かった。京都はレンタル自転車を借りる事が出来る所が多いが、この宿泊施設には自転車を置くスペースは一切無いので自転車を借りる人は注意する様に。 部屋内に洗濯機も電子レンジもキッチンもあり、長期滞在には良いと思う。

自分の部屋に帰ってきたかのように快適です

何度か利用させてもらっていますが、相変わらずの快適さ、便利さです。元がワンルームマンションだったのか、家電も揃っているし、お風呂とトイレもセパレートだし。自分の部屋に帰ってきたかのように寛いでいます。 あえて１つ希望を言うとすれば、チェックインの時間でしょうか。決められた時間内に１度行かないといけないのが、ちょっと難点。いつも仕事の合間に、抜けて行っているので。 それでも、宿泊料金を思うと許せる範囲内の快適さがあります。

During P\previous Kyoto trips, I have always stayed close to Kyoto Station. This time the trip is for viewing the famous fall foliage, staying close to the various temples seems to be more reasonable. After the week long stay, it proved I was right. The location for the public transportation can not be more convenient! Only 2 mins walk to the Gojozaka bus stops which offer city buses took us almost everywhere. The Kiyomizu-Gojō Station is just 10 mins walk for trains go outside of city center. The deluxe studio room is the most spacious I ever stay in Kyoto. Room cleaning and kitchen tool set are not included in room price. The laundry machine was very helpful. I also loved the big dining table and shower room that offers "air dry" feature to dry washed clothings. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The balcony is great to view the nice scenery of Otani Hombyo Buddhist temple around the corner. There is a receptionist working in the office next to the entrance. I can't wait to come back again for my next cherry blossom trip. Just one thing, no one ever pick up the phone while I tried to call the phone number provided. Email had no respond either. So communication between the hotel and guests needs to be improved!

交通方便 房間寬敞 離清水寺近

距離京阪電車清水五条站沿途為上坡步行時間約為10-15分鐘 距離清水寺也是一路上坡步行時間約為10分鐘 早起拍照很適合 最近的公車站為五条坂步行時間約為1分鐘 往清水寺方向路口轉彎處對面就是計程車站 但不解的是明明記得在旅館內有看到告示若需要預約計程車 可提早請旅館代為預約 但我提早一天要麻煩服務人員預約時他確告知我計程車站就在轉彎處 就是因為出發時間略早所以才想請服務人員預約 怕太早的時間沒有計程車在那排班等候 所以不知道到底可不可以請旅館代為預約計程車 飯店可以租借鍋具一次五百日幣 只是建議鍋具至少也給個可以煮火鍋的鍋子 附的鍋具大概最多只能煮兩人份的泡麵 另外還有微波爐 方便前晚買回來當早餐的食物加熱 浴室廁所與洗澡分開 另有洗衣機但沒附洗衣粉 可向櫃檯購買一百日幣大概可以洗兩到三次的量 浴室帶有烘乾功能 基本上睡前掛著烘 早上起床就乾了非常方便 浴室空間一般但有浴缸還有小電視可以邊泡澡邊看 房間空間寬敞 桌子椅子挪動一下 4個29吋行李箱全部打開攤平沒問題走道還很寬敞 房間內電燈可微調亮度 對於剛睡不熟悉房間半夜起床廁所的人很有幫助 入住期間不打掃 但備品可自行取用 服務人員有固定的服務時間 需要晚入住的要提早通知 地板略薄 樓上走路聲音很明顯

Pros: + The place is very clean. + Washer, clothes dryer in the bathroom, fridge, hair dryer, soap, shampoo, conditioner are all available. + You could get towels and toiletries by yourself. + Very strategic location, 1 minute walk from Gojozaka bus station and 10 minutes walk to Kiyomizudera Temple. Cons: - The AC in our room would turn off by itself every 10 minutes and the receptionist in front was not very helpful. - They do not provide room cleaning for the duration of your stay there, if you want your room to be cleaned it will cost another 1000 Yen. - No cooking utensils provided, you have to rent them for 500 Yen. Overall a pleasant stay for the price in Kyoto.

施設は立地が良く、清潔で快適 出入りも簡単 マンションタイプなので廊下も空調が効いている 玄関・キッチン、トイレ・バスタブ付き浴室、窓付の部屋が個室でそれぞれあり、部屋も明るくてクローゼットも付いていたのでとても便利 スリッパ、タオル2枚組、ドライヤー、歯ブラシと必要最低限のものはあった 清水寺から徒歩15分程なので夜の街並みやライトアップも見れる 鴨川も歩いていける距離

清水五條優質選擇旅店

連續住宿6晚4人家庭房，整體非常好。廚房餐具租用500日幣，包含了鹽巴、黑胡椒調味，鍋子、炒菜鏟子、湯瓢、叉子均有，很貼心! 唯獨冷氣機第一晚轟轟風扇聲音忽大忽小，再溝通3次後第2天終於換了一間房間，分常感謝年輕帥哥服務櫃台值班人員!第2-5晚睡得很好。 床鋪乾淨，空間很寬大，浴室、廁所、廚房很棒!鄰近大馬路，夜間、清晨毀有一些聲音(機車、救護車聲音)，但不影響睡眠。 語文沒碰到有中文，但是英文溝通OK!推薦下次可以再入住選擇!

전반적으로 좋았지만, 거리가 좀 멀긴 해요.

전체적으로 거리가 멀었습니다. 교토역까지 택시로는 약 10,000원 정도 나왔습니다. 기온거리나 니넨자카, 산넨자카와 가깝기는 하였으나 교토역에서는 약 40분 정도 걸어서 도착했습니다. 전체적으로 환경이 깔끔했으며, 세면용품은 전부 준비되어 있어서 편리하였습니다. 편의점이 5분 거리에 있어서 좀 불편함이 있었으나 내부 환령 자체는 더할나위없이 좋았고 유투브로 사랑과전쟁도 보았습니다! 도로쪽이긴 하지만 방음이 잘 되는 거 같았고, 베란다의 존재를 조금 늦게 알게 된게 아쉽습니다. 전화로 체킹하는 거다보니 힘든 몸 이끌고 와서 체크인에 오랜 시간 투자하지 않는 것도 편리했습니다. 저는 다음에 또 간다허면 머무를 거 같긴 해요. 처음 도착할 땐 교토역 출발이라 멀었었지만 일단 관광지랑은 전체적으로 가까웠으니까요!!

At first, this room looks disappointing, but actually it works really well. Shower/ drying room excellent as is washing machine. Only disappointment is only two cups, no cutlery or bowls, so if you use the microwave there is nothing to put food in and plastic containers n Burn in it! Otherwise good location for all the things we wanted to see.
