Fantastic breakfast service for only 1000 yen that was better than many restaurants we went to Only thing that bothered me was that there is only one very cramped elevator so you are often crammed inside of it or waiting for a while before it clears up. Good location and value

Good location and right next to a train station. Many good restaurants nearby. Room was quite cozy, especially the bathroom. Clean, provided fresh towels daily. If you booked to include breakfast, it's quite ample. Amenities (toothbrush, sleeping gown, slippers, etc) provided. Would probably stay again. Staff was excellent.

I am nit picking here but, there is only one elevator for a 10 building hotel. So if you have someone with a handicap or wheelchair it is difficult and takes a long time especially during peak hours and check in/out times. Lastly, the closest smoking section is about 3 blocks away, so that was a big inconvenience.

Room was a bit smaller than I expected, but that might have been my mistake in booking the wrong type. Very convenient location (right next to Gojo Station Exit 8). All the staff were are very nice and helpful. Coin laundry is on same floor as the reception so it was a little awkward to have to walk past the front desk each time. There is also only elevator so it's a bit inconvenient to use. But overall, it was a pretty nice hotel.
