We had a great stay. The property was very clean and felt modern and well taken-care of. Staff were friendly. The bathrooms/showers in particular were very clean and comfortable to use. Location is great - right at the entrance to Gojo Station, just one stop from Kyoto Station. Would definitely stay here again if I come back to Kyoto.

The staff is very friendly, the location is great and within 17 mins of walking from Kyoto Station. The restaurant for breakfast is 1 min away from the entrance of the hotel. They provide you with great amenities as well.

This is a unique experience for family travel. It was a shared bathroom and shared shower room… But the individual stalls were so well cleaned and completely private. The showerheads are amazing—I literally want to buy one for my own house! The kids enjoyed sleeping in the bunkbeds and my husband and I had a loft bed. It was small, but it was what we needed and at a wonderful price. They also allowed you to store your luggage the day of check-in and the day of checkout. So if you have a short stay in Kyoto, this is a convenient option! And right off the subway.
