This hotel doesn’t have what other hotels have of this quality…they don’t have shuttles, they don’t have complimentary coffee or tea, or really Anything complimentary…this is a very formal hotel, we will not stay here again very disappointed.

In the true Ritz-Carlton tradition, the R-C Kyoto upholds the highest standards of customer service and provides a 5 star facility. We asked for help from the concierge regarding a tour guide and what to see and he responded with great advice and helped us make a great connection.

I will rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than perfect 5 stars. The minor complaints are the breakfast and the location. The Japanese breakfast here is not as flavorful as the one I have in Tokyo (another 5 stars hotel). The location is far away from high end shopping malls and the surrounding area looks like a very average neighborhood.

最高のおもてなし

出張で2泊3日で滞在したのですが、とても素晴らしい滞在期間となりました。スタッフさんの対応、レストランのシェフの味と接客、全てに於いて流石の一言としか言いようがございませんでした。 もし改善点を上げるとしたら、私は喫煙者なので館内に喫煙ルーム等の物を設置して頂けたら最高でした。どうしてもわざわざ毎回着替えて外に出て行かなければならないで。 後、バスタオルが大きいのは良いのですが質が良いのかかなり重たく使い勝手が余り良くなかった様に思います。 と、言っても上記の２点とも私の単なる我儘ですので特に問題点と言う訳ではないと思います。 それ以外は本当に素晴らしくお仕事で滞在だった為ゆっくりと、とまでは行かなかったでしたがそれでも滞在期間中本当に満喫出来ました。 次回また京都へ行く事がある際はまた利用したいと思いましたし今度はもっと時間を作って満喫したいと思いました。

最高のおもてなし

チェックインからチェックアウトまで文句なし。 スタッフがどこにいてもいいタイミングで声を掛けてくれて京都のホテルでは一番。 鴨川がみられる部屋は東山からのぼる月の景色も最高でした。

日本以外でもお世話になった事ありますが、スタッフ全員が、リッツを愛してる事を感じます。 大変落ち着き、チェックインからアウトまで、一歩も外に出ませんでした。 また宿泊したいです。

良いホテルです

バレーから部屋チェックインまで流れる様なサービス 朝食時に頼んだビールも席を外していると戻るまで待って入れ直してくれる徹底したホスピタリティ 色々配慮してくれた前泊の大阪リッツ・カールトン　佐藤さん 有難う

宿泊施設について特になし。全体的によかった。ただし、朝食についてはだたひとつのことでムカムカしている。私たち夫婦２人が同じペースで食べ始めたが、私は身障者なので、当然食べるスピードは遅い。妻が完全に食べ終わったが、私は半分も食べていない。スタッフは妻に「終わりましたか？」と聞き、妻は「はい」と答えると、スタッフは妻の朝食はすべて片付け始めた。片付けが終わり、さらにスタッフは妻に「コーヒーか紅茶はどうでしょう」と聞いた。コーヒーなどは２人ともに食事が終わってから質問すべきだったと思う。もう少し待つべきたっだ。
