Amazing stay no complaints staff was great and very helpful with luggage delivery services to my next hotel in Tokyo. I suitcase was broken either when i received at next hotel but that could have been the shipping company although they claim that’s how they received it and it became he said she said. But it was an old suitcase and I don’t plan on that minor thing ruining them from a 5 star review.
