"Excellent stay with Angsana Bintan, they are polite, professional and warm. All the dept have the synergy to updates guest what happening at the hotel.Thanks millions to all the team to made my husband birthday memorable ones. From hotel Manager, Mr Omas and his Team at Front office who helped us with a few arrangement for our needs in hotel and the Bintan day Tour. Mr. Gin from Angsana Spa with his warm and friendly personality assist us with spa booking. Restaurant asst. Manager( sorry i forgot the name) who always have smile and shared passionately about Banyan CSR with the nature and Nadyn the friendly and cheerful service crew.
