"The jetty was right next to bintan lagoon resort so you could practically walk up, unless you had lots of baggage then the shuttle service would drive you up to the reception area. Lots of people checked in around 10am and we were lucky to get our hotel room at 11am when check in time was 3pm. "Customer service exceeds our expectation. Many times, when we ordered food or request for amenities from our tent, the food/amenities will reach us promptly.
