The service was excellent. I arrived at Sapa early in the morning after my sleeper train and the front desk arranged for early check in for me. Tyler and another male staff at front desk (did not get his name) was very helpful and friendly to serve, give recommendations and answered all my questions. They even helped to get my trousers (muddy from trekking) laundered and ready overnight. In- house massage was very good too.

She also help us to confirm our transport by bus back to Hanoi. Mr And, not so sure if it's the correct spelling, had shown great concern for all guest of their needs. Will surely recommend this hotel.

First off the view from the place and our room was AMAZING — best views across Sapa for sure!!! The compound was big and there was lots to explore / multiple viewpoints. They also grow their own veggies on site.
The room was clean and host was fantastic!!! He made sure we had everything we needed at all times!! And the attached restaurant serves everything fresh — they usually require pre-order for breakfast so that they can prepare and buy the freshest ingredients.
They also have SUPER CUTE...
