"When I booked our hotel, I booked a king sized bed. When we checked in, they said they didn’t have a king available. (I had already paid for this in full). Kept saying that the room with 2 queens was nicer and that we would like it better . Offered me a $50 refund. Again, said how the room was on a high floor and we’d like it more. The bathroom door was broken and very hard to open and I found candy wrappers on the floor."

"Perfect for families, so many transportation options, all of the front desk staff was incredible! The free breakfast, dinner and cocktails saved us a lot of money and had many choices plus always a protein too. We come to Florida every couple months and after staying here twice this will be our new go to hotel for us. "

"For the most part we enjoyed our stay. However there was a significant amount of hair in the pool, which made swimming very uncomfortable. Once I alerted the staff it took about 5 hours for them to get the pool area half way decent. Lot of trash was left around the pool from previous nights. I had to take multiple pictures to the staff before the hair was take. Care of. At one point I felt the staff was annoyed with me but the hair was just so overwhelming. For 1600 it was a little disappointing. In the future we will definitely stay at the Dolphin, and Swan. "

"The staff at check-in did not greet us. Just said "reservation name, id and credit card" which felt rude and was not what I'm accustomed to at any property. Once we got past check in though everything was great. Room was clean, breakfast was great, and the proximity to Disney springs was exceptional. I would stay here again."
