"Clean rooms nice staff and easy walk to Disney springs huge plus !"

"Rooms are a little dated and not very sound proof. 5 minute walk to Disney springs. 5-10 minute drive to HS, Epcot and ESPN zone. Overall would definitely stay again. Two standouts were bartender Kasie who was great with service, and very hospitable and friendly. Definitely made my down time better. Secondly? Shelton of bell services was another star with warm greetings every morning from arrival to departure. Went above and beyond for me one of the days. Great qualities by both that should be recognized."

"Perfect stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort. Amazing location—easy walk or boat ride to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the beds were great after long park days. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and staff was friendly and efficient. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Would absolutely stay here again"

"When we first arrived to our room every thing seemed ok. As I entered the bathroom I noticed the mirror was crooked. The sink faucet was lose. Behind the mirror it was full of dust and some critters. We addressed this with front desk personal. They took care of the mirror and the faucet. But apparently forgot about the back of the mirror. So on check out, I did bring up this issue once again. They did apologize and gave us a partial credit. I was nice and calm about the whole situation. I understand things happen and get over looked. Do not hesitate to speak out when you know something is not right."
