"The service especially the attitude of the staffs is super good. When we asked for the hot springs info, everyone there was patient . Not only did they introduce the way to the free natural hot spring by walking the trail, but also gave us smile every time we saw them. The favorite part of this trip was playing at the water slides and all of their aquatic facilities. We spent a fun time there. It is very friendly for a family trip, since the kitchen is convient to do some cooking if you bring the food materials with you. It is so impressive about their services and aquatic facilities. "

"This town full of tiny, somewhat older motels. That is a part of the charm, particularly when you stay somewhere like this. The owners and staff are very friendly, very helpful. The property is older but well taken care of, and you can see that efforts are made to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Stayed with my wife and 8 year old, went to the hot springs with discounted tickets and free towels from the hotel. Hard to go wrong in this quaint, little motel nestled in a beautiful mountain town. "

"Stayed here for two nights and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming, the space was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room even had a fridge, which was super convenient. The AC worked well, and the location was great. They don’t clean the room or change sheets during your stay, but I already knew this from other reviews, so it wasn’t an issue. Would definitely stay again!"
