The beach was lovely and there was a relaxed luxurious vibe. Food was lovely! Service was good in that everyone went out of their way to fix any issues but they are obviously still training a few staff and sometimes the response for small things was slow.

The hotel resort was amazing! Haf everything you need on holiday from a games room to hot tub Jacuzzi. The staff were amazingly polite and well mannered. The service was always quick and the food was some of the best i have tasted.
Good choice of rooms, fair priced, all staff excellent and very attentive, Nice swimming pool clean and well maintained. Close by shops and food. Nice steamboat buffet.
The property was lovely and very clean. Staff were generally good , security , waiters, drivers and cleaners were great , the front desk staff could improve manners and communication.
My family stayed for 3 nights(19-21/12/2018) and it was a lovely experience from the word go. I called to say we were arriving late, and immediately arrangements made.
