"Though Treasure Island is one of the older hotels on the strip, my stay here was enjoyable. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean and housekeeping kept the room in order without me having to really ask for anything extra. For the price, it was worth it. Would stay here again."

"The property charges you for parking and the lot is not clean or well maintained. The handicapped parking needs to be repainted and there were MULTIPLE vehicles daily, parked there with no placard or plate. The pool was cold. Every single person complained how cold it was . The water never was hot for showers only lukewarm. There were no open plugs near where the iron or ironing board is. I had to unplug the TV to have a plug for the iron. The TV remote in our first room didnt work. Staff gave me a non-accesible room despite seeing my other party in a wheelchair. When we went back to the desk to get an accessible room, they wouldnt even help move our bags and wanted to charge us to use a cart if it took over 90 minutes. If you want a room with a fridge thats extra as well. The staff also told us to take the select elevator, when the central tower elevator was closer to our room (again my friend was in a wheelchair) Some of the rides and main attractions were broken. No laundry bags in the room or laundry service. No towel racks to hang your face, hand or dry towels in the bathroom. No hot tub. The food at LV the lounge wasn't seasoned, and the chicken sliders had a fishy or seafood taste (they probably used the same cooking oil) they never checked if anyone at our table had food allergies. The staff was more interested in signing you up for a timeshare presentation then assisting a disabled veteran, guest, on memorial day weekend at that."

"For an older property, it is clean to the point you expect it to be.The gaming floor is not as attractive as other neighboring casinos are. The cigarette smell is stronger in there as well. Couldn’t get to the pool because we didn’t have swimwear. We were trying to visit real quick with friends but it was a no-go. The Havana is a good restaurant; enjoyed breakfast and lunch there. The food was fresh and the service is very attentive. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was weird because it had a sliding door that didn’t close and the shower had a half glass wall that allowed all the water to splash onto the floor. The one major issue was the lack of quiet experienced at night from the outside strip. We were on the side directly across from Caesars and their night club thumped music until 3:30am. That was tough as we were experiencing exhaustion from the three hour time difference. Overall Okay hotel."
