"Room needed to be cleaned and repaired-scratches and several dings and dirty marks on walls and furniture. Picked up some wrappers off the floor. Needs a deep clean and update. A/c was on blast even when turned up to 80 degrees. Turned it off but it got hot really quick. Casino bathrooms dirty and smelly. Housekeeper was very nice but I scheduled a late check out and she came banging asking when we were leaving. Is this info not communicated to the staff?? I didn’t go to the pool but the music was bumping and sounded fun. Good assortment of games in the casino and range of prices so that was great."
