"The Property is fine. The check-in and check-out was terrible. Very, very slow. On arrival there was a long queue with only three Paris team members on the desk, They also took a ridiculous amount of time with each guest. I however was at the desk for only a minute or so. Was in line for a about one and a half hours. Not good enough,"
