"The airport shuttle was a bit late. Another hotel shuttle dropped me at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable in spite of a strong, cold wind creeping through the doorjam crack. The only problem was the smoke being blown in with the cold wind. The staff was great - friendly and helpful."

"The room had flooded near the door following a storm, the bathtubs were peeling and the drains were rotted and jagged, the downstairs bathroom only had lukewarm water and the upstairs was hot enough to scald a child despite the sign stating it was a safety shower, the microwave did not work at all and its outlet was not attached to the wall allowing cold air to enter the room. The beds upstairs are also incredibly dangerous for families with small children as they are right next to the railing with only 10” from the top of the bed to the top of the railing. This room was the single worst part of our trip and I no longer trust the hotels.com descriptions."

"Beautiful hotel -rooms were very spacious, pool was great, bar has nice selection and staff. We were there in March so outdoor pool etc was not open but it looked pretty with waterfalls etc.Spa was nice but very expensive. "
