"The room was clean and the staff is very helpful!"

"Building is pretty ran down. Our deadbolt on our room was either stuck open, or stuck shut (usually the opposite of what we wanted unfortunately). Room was pretty clean though, just grungy feeling. The pool is nice. However, the showers in the pool area did not work whatsoever! Overall, an okay experience. "

"Great amenities. Nice room. Be aware $40-$60 mandatory valet car service. If you bring a car there is no self parking/free parking. I could not find this in the website. "

"I’m struggling to understand what the $30/day “resort fee” actually covered. There were none of the amenities you’d expect—no valet, no room service, and no housekeeping during our stay. We also couldn’t connect to Prime Video or Netflix on the TV, which is pretty standard at most places we stay, so that was frustrating. I called the front desk to request extra coffee (since there’s no room service), and it never showed up. On top of that, there was ongoing renovation that wasn’t clearly communicated ahead of time, which definitely impacted the overall experience. That said, on a positive note, the room itself was very updated, modern, and extremely clean. Given the lack of services and the inconvenience, the resort fee feels completely unjustified. If it’s meant to cover something specific, it certainly wasn’t clear or noticeable during our stay. We WILL NOT be returning."
