This is unacceptable given I agreed to a rate provided by Expedia. Total refund for the additional charges are pending, I am working with the manager "

"Very enjoyable stay. Friendly staff. Very long walk to our room as there was only 1 elevator. Hot tub was not working. Pool was very pleasant. Close to everything at the Inner Harbor. "

"We loved that the hotel had a 24 hour shuttle as we needed to leave by 4:30 am. The shuttle driver was very helpful. We appreciated that there was a restaurant onsite."

"After reading reviews on this hotel, I wasn’t sure how my experience would be. My expectations were greatly exceeded. First, I called from the airport to find out what time to expect the airport shuttle and was told the shuttle driver was at another property and they’d call me an uber at no cost to me. The Uber arrived within minutes and my check in at the hotel was easy. The man at the desk was very personable and helpful. The hotel looks and smells super clean. My room was spotless and had everything you could possibly want for a shirt or long stay. The full kitchen is a nice thing to have if you’re tired of eating out. They got me an uber to the airport at their expense upon checkout as well. I was really, really very happy with this stay and it’ll be first on my list for accommodations next time I’m in Baltimore. "
