Our premium double room was very spacious and comfortable looking out to the park. Metro station was just across the street. Easy walking to old towns.

Brilliant experience at the hotel. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. The breakfast staff were all great but the icing on the cake was Nelson who made the experience enjoyable and fun with his energy and enthusiasm. Thank you to all the staff for welcoming again. We hope to see you all again one day.

It was not far from the shopping and sight-seeing areas. A walk from the hotel to the main plaza near the water was about 25 minutes.

Me & my wife stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. On our arrival at this hotel at about 11.15pm, and tired from our travels, we just wanted to go to our room and sleep. But the hotel reception informed me that they had only a twin room left for us. This happened despite the fact that we had booked this hotel 2 months in advance and had requested for a double bed at booking time. Was surprised and very disappointed as such a reputed hotel could not get their act together even with 2 months notice about our double bed requirement. Some reception staff in morning shift did not acknowledge guest presence at Reception desk. That's rude.

Located right next to the metro and multiple bus stops so great for transport options. The hotel was also very lovely, kind staff - nothing bad to say at all. Highly recommend when visiting Lisboa.

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed in over my many travelling escapades. Despite being a very busy and loud central location, you'd never tell as you were sleeping - and we were at the front of the building facing onto the roundabout. This is an ideal location in terms of transport too, Hop on/off buses, metro, walking down to the shore etc. The room was absolutely spotless and smelled amazing. I have to say, the pillows were unbelievably comfortable which I find is rare in hotels. The black out blinds worked a treat and generally, my friend and I had a very good sleep each night of our stay. Hotel staff were lovely and clearly the hotel is well looked after. Breakfast was great too, plenty to choose from hot and cold. I would go back here in a heart beat!

The hotel was fine. The problem was getting to the hotel which has no taxi service. So you have to drag your luggage about 3 or 4 blocks to get to the hotel. And then when you leave you have to drag it 2 or 3 blocks to where you can get a taxi or an Uber.

Super great service all the way! Very nice comfortable room, beautiful hotel and Luana at front desk was super helpful with sites information and restaurants on the area. Great location just steps away from main stop of tourist bus, and great shopping stores.

Centrally located and amazing transport links or for a stroll into the city and explore by foot. We had a beautiful room very comfortable bed and amazing view of the monument. Staff were helpful and the place was clean and well run. I would stay again !

The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the extra charge for parking your vehicle in the garage.

Great location!
Stayed at HF Fénix Lisbon for 2 nights and it is in the best location with a metro station just across the road. The hotel staff are very helpful and the only downside was the extremely hard bed (although better than a soft mattress!) and noisy air conditioning in the room, which does help to black out the road traffic. Compared to other hotels in Lisbon, this is worth 4 stars.
