Lovely apartment in a great location of Lisbon! We were able to walk or catch Ubers/trolleys very easily from this location. So many wonderful restaurants, café nearby. The apartment was a two bedroom two bath on the third floor. There was an elevator to use if needed for caring up luggage. Unlike regular vacation rentals with a long stay, after a couple days, we were given the option to have fresh towels, cleaning, at no charge. We loved the little welcome gift of a bottle of wine when we arrived, along with some teas and coffees. Little touches like available umbrellas and great maps in apartment help us as well. It was a place we would happily stay again in.

Apt was in great condition with modern amenities including a kitchen, washing machine and AC in all rooms. Great location in the city with tons of restaurants and shops in immediate walking distance. The property uses a smart app lock for self check in and while we initially had problems getting it to work on my Android phone, it worked fine with my wife's iPhone. There were provided hotel style NFC cards that could then be used to unlock the doors which we used during our stay.

Location, comfort, and charm
Alexandre and the team were so kind and helpful…they even helped book restaurant reservations for us. The location was very central and walkable to much of the city. And they came halfway through our stay to refresh the towels, paper products, and coffee. It was clean and comfortable, with all the basics you need, plus more. I would definitely stay again and hope to do so sooner than later!

This property is in a prime location and you can walk everywhere. We drove in from the airport and it’s a little tricky because you can’t drive on the street where the apartment is located. The place was clean and had all of the amenities. It was a great experience.

My wife really liked this place and that says a lot! The apt. Was recently redecorated and was very nice. The owners provided a bottle of wine which was great. The apt was on a hilly street that could be a challenge for someone older. There were several restaurants nearby and they were all good.

The apartment was fantastic - wonderful location, easy access/check-in/communications. They really thought of everything - the kitchen has everything you need, and lovely furnishings throughout, all well-kept. Shopping and restaurants all within an easy walk - we couldn't say enough good things about it and would definitely stay there again if ever back in Lisbon.

What an incredible stay in the heart of Lisbon. Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? Firstly a seamless arrival in the heart of the city, away from the most touristy parts but still in a buzzing area with great links around the city. Secondly, a beautiful apartment, massively spacious and well laid out with lovely furnishings, bedroom at the back of the house so nice and quiet with a balcony in the living area out into the street. A dream. The icing on the cake, the people managing the apartment were so incredibly kind and helpful offering tips and advice when asked and even going the extra mile to print some documents for us which we urgently needed. All done with a smile and good nature. Honestly, this couldn't be a more perfect stay. What a place!

They had someone there to help us enter apartment. Apartment was beautiful! They came back and reset the wifi multiple times until it worked for us. They gave us information on areas to explore and restaurants, all very helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights for a family vacation and was very pleased with the apartment. Laurine was a very good host and gave us plenty of tips for places to visit and eat. We were allowed to check-in early and had the option of leaving our bags in hold at check-out. The apartment is really well located to visit all the main tourist attractions. I would stay here again if I go back to Lisbon.

We loved this apartment! So spacious and well appointed. The kitchen is beautiful! ( although we didn’t use it much, vewcause of all the fantastic restaurants close by!) Great location as well!

Good location, nice apartment but no help on site.
The apartment was in an excellent location and in a good condition. A bottle of wine on arriving was very nice and Daniel who met me was helpful with useful ideas on what to do and how to do it. The apartment was very nice although there was an ironing board but couldn’t find an iron. Couldn’t get the jug to work either and with no- one on site there was no one to ask. On departure I had asked to put my luggage in storage but there was no one there to do that so I was left with my luggage all day.

Fabulous location in Lisbon centre. Apartment was well appointed with beautiful furnishings and every possible amenity, comfortable bed, very quiet and private. We loved our stay in this apartment. The transfer worked very well since our flight was very late and we were checking in after midnight. Hugo was there to meet us and despite the late hour he still spent considerable time explaining where to go and what to do. The apartment is perfectly located for exploring by foot. If you are reading this review you are probably considering booking it. Look no further, this is the place to stay! Just book it! We can not recommend it highly enough! I just wish every holiday rental come with a Hugo! We can't thank him enough for all his help! Highly highly recommended!

gorgeous apartment in great location
What a great stay in Lisbon! First of all, the apartment is great, well stocked with everything you could need (especially in the kitchen). Hugo was there to greet us and he was so friendly and pleasant in helping us get situated and plan our time in Lisbon. The apartment was bigger than we expected as well. It was nice and quiet despite being on a busy street (the windows provide really good soundproofing) and the bedroom is in the rear of the apartment. 2 min walk from the Baixa Chiado metro station, Manteigaria and their delicious tarts and about 10 mins from the riverfront. Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Lisbon.

Comfortable apartment in great location
The apartment is very large and has all the amenities you would require. It is an excellent location to explore Lisbon and surrounding areas and despite being on a fairly busy road street noise is barely heard. Our host Alex was excellent with tips on how to get around and avoid crowds. Very close to a host of bars and restaurants

Everything you would want to see is within walking distance. Great restaurants and sights right outside the door. Room was large and gave the feeling of being home rather in an apartment. Great value.

Fabulous apartment in a fantastic location.
We loved the apartment, as it was stylish, spacious and large. It was located in a great area of town and made it easy for us to walk anywhere. Parking is difficult but there is a garage across which is very pricey.

Fabulous Comfort And Location
You can't beat the location of this spacious and well laid out apartment in the wonderful Chiado neighborhood. But, what made our stay there really special was Hugo. He arranged an extra bed being set up in our apartment and took care of early morning taxi's and set us up with a map of all the best places to go. He was such a help! Thank you Hugo. The apartment is really set up for ease and comfort. It was hard to leave to go elsewhere.

Located in a very nice neighborhood; modern
The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood with many nice restaurants and bars. Many sights of Lisbon can be easily reached by public transportation or walking. The apartment itself was recently and nicely renovated; plenty of space, large living room and have three bathrooms. The host Alex is very nice and helpful, gave us a lot of helpful tips on restaurants and things to do. His advise was spot on and the restaurant recommendations were excellent. The only thing with our stay was that the shower was not hot in one of the bathrooms. Our family had a great time in Lisbon and enjoyed the apartment.
