Best hotel in Cameron Highlands. Very quiet place away from busy Tanah Rata town. You can do a nice hike to one of the Boh Tea plantations. You can hear the sound of the nature instead of big cities. Staff was very friendly. Excellent fresh food with local vegetables. Every morning lots of fresh strawberries.

Pretty and old style accommodation with outstanding service

The Banjaran Hotspring resort was like a tropical paradise. My partner and I went there to destress from a busy and stressful year and we were relaxed and pampered. The food was excellent, service impeccable and the resort took care of our every need. We will definitely be visiting again!

Everything was good

We had problem with the previous room and Copthorne Cameron done a great service recovery. We received an update from Copthorne Cameron slightly around noon after sending my honest feedback. Copthorne immediately rectified the issue by arranging a change of room without any hesitation. Arrangement were made for us to view two deluxe room with an inter-connecting suite. Mr Zuan handled the matter professionally and arranged for us to view the rooms which were better than the latter. It looks...

Wonderful new hotel with digital systems integrated for lighting, toilet, entrances, etc.

Initially I got a small and hot room which the aircon is not strong enough to cool it. The hotel immediately offer me another better room. The staff is professional and helpful. Overall, I have enjoyed the room and services during my stay there.

Awesome services from housekeeping, restaurant staffs & reception. Cleanliness was great for me coz you cant expect it to be tiptop or else you need to clean that yourself! Our room (4th Level) has balcony and view was amazing even its overlooking Desa Apartment but it was quiet further away so you still can have that mountain view. Noise pollution is low. But hotel is near to the road. Room without fan or aircon but the cold breeze is enough to make you chilled. Wifi is OK not superb but still...

Everything was great except the weak WiFi in the rooms. The WiFi at the lobby/reception area was good though. Overall 8.5/10 !

Nice hotel in the town, plenty of parking space and room is clean and quiet too.

Clean and friendly staffs

Near to the Meru Mall Indian food stall and 7-11 at 5minutes walking distance. Good mountain view. The staff extremely accommodating. Keep up the good work team. Do note it’s quite far from Ipoh main attraction like the natural hotspring. 20 minutes drive to Lost World but Uber and Grab is accessible so why not?

I LOVED OUR STAY AT BALA'S! The place was surreal like out from a storybook. It was like staying at Snow White's cottage. The were LOTS OF greenery, red plaid tablecloth with yummy homemade looking breakfast (and sometimes breakfast with the famous Mr Bala, himself.) A very nice and warm man, made us feel very welcomed! Tower and bed lining can be better. Pillow cases also may need to replace. Shower curtains also. Overall still good giving the price of the stay
