    "Took a trip with family recently, staff were very helpful and polite, as requested before arrival my mum was given a ground floor room. Hotel was extremely clean and staff were excellent throughout the hotel We had three rooms one ground floor and two balcony/terrace rooms these were excellent due to the lovely weather and air conditioning was fantastic Excellent breakfast and lovely trip overall"

The only odd thing was that we had several employees try to enter the room the morning of checkout while we were still in the room. It was very odd that a major hotel such as this would not have communications to their employees that we hadn't checked out yet."
