"The room itself was good, but the soundproofing was very poor. I could hear the TV from the room next door almost the entire time. I called the front desk about the issue, but unfortunately, nothing was done. The gym is also very small and doesn’t have enough machines or equipment. The breakfast was fine, but nothing special. Overall, the room was comfortable, but the noise and lack of response from the front desk really affected my stay."

"Lovely stay at the royal garden hotel. Received a lovely surprise at check in & on entering the room. Received room upgrade & bottle of brut, birthday cake & fruit in room. Beds very comfortable. Would not have thought room was facing Kensington High Street."

"Although the room was smaller than anticipated, it provided enough space for our two-night stay. The on-site coffee shop was a great amenity, though it was a bit inconvenient to find it closed on Sundays."

"Great location to travel to/from LHR on the Piccadilly Line. Easy to walk to SoHo, and China Town. Room was nice. The shower overflows though. You can store your luggage for a fee if you get in before check in time. Had to look around to find the lobby entrance, but it’s next to the Five Guys. There are no windows in the rooms. The AC was ok, room felt decent but not cold."

"The hotel is clean , stylish and modern and in a convenient location My arrival was great and staff made me feel welcome but the late evening ( midnight) were not so welcoming, made us feel we were we being inconvenient just asking for a towel. My room was tiny for a double room for two people, felt claustrophobic. Majority of Tv channels didn’t work. This is my 6th Point A stay, and far better than the other locations, but I this room is a made for a solo traveler, just wished is was advertised as such. Would I stay again, yeah of course."

"Cozy rooms, friendly staff, secure location. Pretty accessible and affordable for a short stay. Would recommend for travelers on a budget who need a smaller comfortable place to stay! Very convenient location near Paddington station, you can get anywhere in town."

"A decent stay for the price- but definitely along the lines of a budget hotel. My room was a random room halfway between floors so a little harder to navigate with luggage- and the floor in didn’t look like it has been updated in 30 years. There is a sign in the lobby saying no hot food in the rooms, you must eat in the Lounge. The staff was super nice, and I’m not putting the hotel down- just based on the high ratings I was surprised. If you know what you’re getting yourself into it was fine."
