It was very bad experience bathroom, bed room not cleaned and also bed bugs in the rooms we couldn’t sleep all night and left the property early in the morning we booked the hotel for four days but just because of conditions we left early.

Very dirty, unsecure and unsafe place to stay. In reality it was totally different from pictures.

Turned the key in right after checking in. Unfortunately beds hads stains all over. Bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all. And bugs were all over the place.

If there was a check in procedure, the employee did not follow it. I had to ask for towels, hand soap and the wifi code. NO HAND SOAP provided. He tried to put me in a room that was already being used. It appeared I was the only guest and I suspect the inn was being run by a family that lived there. I had trouble locking the door to my room so did not go to dinner since I could not secure my belongings. Room was not very clean. Bathroom was gross. I stopped drinking water to avoid using it. I became turned around trying to leave in the early morning and had to exit via the bar. BUILDING NOT LOCKED OVERNIGHT.

Awful... horrendous place. Pub was a worksite, not operational, workmen let us in. Shared toilet needs checking regularly.... no more needs to be said. Never again

The property smelled like mold and cat p*ss. The room was 7x7. The bathroom was on the other side of the building. The room looked like two military cots with flat pillows. It was so bad we left to find another place without asking for a refund. I will not let my wife stay in such a place.

Bedbugs’ room was so smelly like old sock and very dirty bathroom also no cleaning, found bedbugs on bed reported staff he cam and chemical sprayed on bed and told that I can use bed in 10-15minutes, what a joke!!! No bed change!!!! Then I told the staff I could not stay overnight with this condition and left. Asking refund staff told complaint to Expedia then I did and wait for the property respond for 72hrs

Check-in was awful, could not find the anyone to let us in for half an hour until a neighbor came and showed us to the managers apartment inside the building, which we couldn’t have found without this strangers kindness. When we finally met the manager he tried to charge us multiple more times for the room after we showed our itinerary number and explained we’d already paid, he insisted on trying to charge me card 2 more times. Worst of all, when we woke in the morning we found the bed full of bedbugs. We will be asking for a full refund due to the terrible conditions.

I booked the room then I visited in the hotel and the manager was too rude he was very aggressive then i told him that i booked the room he said there is no room available go and aak from the members of site. After that I called on customer care no but there was no response then he said you pay again then and he will arrange the room for me. Why i pay again because i paid when i booked the room£44. Worst experience

Single bed is OK, No any towel , No toilet paper at all , no tea, coffee or sugar bags , Free parking is Good , have kettle for boiling water , Wi-Fi is the name only , cannot use Wi-Fi , Found a bug under pillow in the morning, video and photo it and then killed it , left blood stain on the bed sheet . So I only slept for one night . Did not try that use TV , no shower ,use my own toilet paper. I cleaned my trash , and took them to trash outside The house. It is below rate 3 , It seemed that No people do house keeping . What will your Expedia do for me for spending money for stay one night in such a room

Pretty cool staying in an english pub... but.

Pretty cool staying in an english pub... But, it was a little run down and was a victim of "deferred maintenance". Some of the beer taps were not working. Staff was friendly and helped when they could. TV was small and old, no remote "someone stole it"? Shower hardware was deficient. Close to Heathrow Airport, stayed over to catch an early flight!

Could improve

Lovely location. However needs a new management. No soap, was told to go and buy from the corner shop. Previous urine stains on toilet seat. Room heating not working... however was given a heater/blower by the chap on duty. No wifi password given. Morning view was beautiful from the window... ducks... however on checkout saw all filth dumped in the parking -perhaps not visible on arrival at dark. Could really improve but things are shabby currently (aim to improve)
