Room was very clean and tidy and breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was a dodgy kettle switch and the bathroom door hinges were very loose.

Room was very small, but did the job. Included breakfast was very good and makes a big difference as eating out in London is very expensive! Outdoor area was pleasant, but could definitely use a bit of a fix up.

Small but pleasant room next to the breakfast room. Staff were pleasant but we were very frustrated to have to walk to another hotel to check in at 6pm, even though the reception was advertised as open until 7pm. This is not just a 30 second walk and left us short of time to get ready for a meal. Good breakfast options and location was great.

The staff is lovely. The property is not in the best condition. Ask where your room will be. We had 57 steps to get up to ours. Good breakfast! Clean room.

Tiny room in basement. Had to go to another hotel, 10 minutes walk away to check in. Advertised, shared patio was inaccessible and you couldn't smoke out there, outside? Advertised patio area is locked.

Very convenient location for Central London. Check in was friendly and professional. Room was comfortable, bathroom was small but servicable. Bonus to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee and bathroom items. Room was quite warm. As we stayed on the ground floor facing the rear garden it was extremely quiet. Breakfast was great. Recommend and would stay again.

Great central location

Wonderful location - central London. We walked everywhere- theatre, restaurants, Covent Garden, Tubes. Very warm room , lovely clean white bedding and towels. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and amenable. Carpet was worn and stained. En-suite was tiny. We would be happy to stay here again

The bathroom was a bit small but in general this is a great hotel for location to major tourist attractions and within easy walking distance of Euston. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby. I would definitely use this hotel again if I stay in London for an overnight stay.

Captain's Cabin room was small for a double room but was well equipped and comfortable. The ship's cabin theme decor adds character. The room details should probably make clear the bed is built in against the wall so only accessible from one side. Easily walk (10 min) from Euston station.

We had a very positive experience, from the extremely helpful and friendly receptionist on arrival to the delicious home cooked breakfast served by two very efficient cheerful ladies! The hotel felt very safe especially as we were two single ladies travelling alone. I would definitely recommend to anyone!
