Other than the inconsistencies in room temperature and fan speed, the creeky floor boards, the lack of sound proofing, a door that won't open and close properly; and the nonfunctioning electronic towel drying rack, our bed along with our pillows were, at the very least, comfortable."

"Original "classic twin" room was dated and musty smelling. Nothing like what's pictured on the website. After complaining was offered the "signature twin" but had to pay the difference. No wash cloths, no hand towels. 24 hour restaurant doesn't open until 7AM. 10 pounds per bag to hold luggage when everywhere else we've stayed offered for free. "
