"This is the best place we have ever stayed at hands down!!! The price of the room is extremely reasonable for the area and it being London. We stayed in the York apartment and it raised our expectations on what a hotel room should be. "

"Very new modern and clean for someone who wants a no-frills hotel. It is in the middle of the action, but consequently, not super easy to get to with bags. That was the only downside."
"Nice enough hotel in a very good location for all public transport links. Good size restaurant so no queueing for breakfast which was plentiful and well laid out. There’s a hospital nearby so sirens are regular if you are the street side. There’s no AC so sleeping with the window option comes with consequences. The quilt we had smelled and had stains on it but given how warm it was we only used the quilt cover anyway."
"The hotel is in a great location right by TCR station and was perfect for a couple of days seeing shows and exploring central London. The rooms were small but clean, and at night the room is pitch dark which made for an excellent nights sleep. You could hear the tubes running a little bit, but it wasn’t enough to keep us up. Would definitely book again! "
"Enjoyed our stay. Centrally located with good access to underground and train stations. It was disappointing that we could not pay our bill in cash, the currency of the realm. Otherwise, a comfortable stay."
"Very convenient to everything, ie transportation, pharmacy, food, clothing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed in superior individual room was wonderfully comfortable.
Liked all the tech outlets. Only issue was in the bathroom. Looked like rust or dirt around some of the floor attachments. Very busy hotel but they seemed to handle that well. Would love to stay there again."
