"This is an honest review and i booked this hotel on all the so called 5 star reviews. First the hotel is not in a good location at all. There are no restaurants to speak of, just local food stalls that did not look clean to eat. There was trash all over the streets. We soon discovered there are better areas in the old quarter to stay in. The rooms were small and we paid extra for a city view and we were viewing a slum area. The breakfast was avaverage at best, but the staff was really nice. I cannot recommend this hotel based on location and deceiving pictures of hotel onExpedia."

"We've stayed here with our 5 year old daughter and received fantastic service from a super friendly staff! The hotel is located really close to our now favourite spots in Hanoi, it's very easy to get a Grab to get you anywhere in the Old Quarter."
