"Great staff and location within steps from the subway station, 7-11 convenience store and multiple restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful. I had an unfortunate situation in which my passport was stolen on the way to the hotel. The owner was able to assist me and even walked me to the police station and bought me dinner after wards. Very kind and helpful people which helped me out a lot when I was in a foreign city. I really appreciate their help and kindness. This made a world of difference in my trip and extended two more nights. Staff is easily accessible in person or via WhatsApp. "

"Spacious room. Clean. Easy to find your way and helpful staff. For the price you are paying you are getting the space, comfort, close to mall and train transit. Perfect for the fact that it's on top of a mall and MRT station. This MRT station isn't one of the major artery but it can be easily transferred to another line at another stop. Mall doesn't open until 10-11am but breakfast is open at 7am (MW) located just outside of hotel connected to the mall with good decent meal so no need to join their breakfast plan. Should u wish to walk outside the streets, that's a bit out of the way. You'll have to walk over the bridge to get down to the local area in MK or u can take the bus a few stops down. There's a bus station right by the entrance of the mall but the timing is off if you're checking Google maps so ask the drivers. "

"Amazing premises . The bedroom was amazing. Very clean.location in Mongkok was amazing. It was linked to the Langham shopping mall. Really handy pool area was so relaxing from the busy life. Gym was good. Sauna and steam great after a work out. The seafood Buffett though expensive but so good. Overall a great hotel. Would love to come back. "
